The Rights Institutions who defend the Opinion, Expression and Press Freedoms in Egypt, the members of the International Freedom of Expression Exchange Network “IFEX”, Arabic Network for Human Rights Information, Egyptian Organization for Human Rights, and Cairo Institute for Human Rights Studies are motivated by their belief in the importance of supporting the journalists against the violations they are exposed to, and the abuses threaten the Press Freedom.Considering the numerous important events related to Press Freedom took place in May, in particular the Appeal Session on 3rd May of the lawsuit against the Editors in chief that which coincided with the Press Freedom International Day, moreover the Appeal Session of Mr. Ibrahim Issa, editor-in-chief of Addustour Newspaper on May 28th.The three rights institutions, and the members of the IFEX Network are honorably inviting you to a press conference they are to convene following to the roundtable- organized by the IFEX members in Egypt- closure, the Roundtable entitled:
